Running around, stressed, trying to gather up my funds to make a deposit for an offer on a property as soon as possible — and this branch employee and manager took the time to resolve the requirements for my deposit, no problem. Such a smooth, easy process and very understanding demeanour. Thank you very much; wonderful customer service experience! This is why I love TD!

It’s a mixed review . I don’t want to take names but some are really helping and some are not. But I was told “TD bank customer experience can’t be same in each branch and customer cannot have the same expectation “ when I told , my same query was handled in different branch then I was asked to go to that branch.Another surprising is , they were happy to close down my account rather handling the request for which I went”. In the flip side another person really patient and helped me through my requirement to some extent they can.There should be open feedback mechanism if they really want to hear customer and improve staff behavior with customer .

I have been a customer with td Canada trust ,for over 40 years.have always been well taken care of & appreciate there help.

I gave it one star because the manager was unhelpful.3 months ago...I went to deposit cash, then proceed to ask if they can help me with my debit card due to unable to deposit cash or cheque at the td atm.The staff wasn't sure so she asked the manager Evelyn, I think that was her name. Or the women whose the manger, her desk sitting behind the tellers.She claim she'll take care of it and update me.I walked in after 2 days no update and she said to me oh
