I wanted to share my experience with Deeks Insurance especially with my representative, Ravi Grover. He is an amazing person. I am very impressed by his work and the speed of his work to make sure his clients get what they need. It is very helpful and nice to see that he is very reliable and easily assessable at anytime of the day along with his speedy response. I am glad to have you working with me and my family. I want to take this opportunity to thank Cara. I called Cara with a handful of questions and she was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient and an overall pleasure to deal with! Deeks' is very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee working for them!

In the past they were a 5 star review. Fraser was awesome, our service was second to none! Now we had to wait two months for a claim, we had zero help from the broker in that incident. We also now are told we have not paid the policy (which we have and have proof for) and they are cancelling the policy. What a crazy difference now that they are bought out.

I used Deeks since I was about 16 years old on my dad's car insurance (over 15 years). They were good. The service was pretty good - and their rates were really good. I only left because I got a slightly better deal elsewhere - and in this economy, every dollar saved is important. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Scott Jones was unbelievably professional and pleasant to deal with, and the auto insurance rate he offered me me easily beat any I found elsewhere. He was responsive over email and phone and set me up with a policy within a day. I would be pleased to recommend Deeks to anyone seeking auto insurance.

This company claims about being Christian" based

Avoid at all costs! My car got totalled and dealing with Deeks is by far the worst part about the accident. The person on the phone did not record any of the information about the accident so I had to go through their whole process twice, then they continued to charge me insurance on the car for 8 months even though it was totalled. They tried to renew the insurance to keep charging me and when I confronted them about it, I got no helpful communication and they still haven't resolved the issue and are taking payments from me. Least professional and most dishonest company I've ever encountered. I wouldn't get insurance through them even if it was free, not worth the headache

I really wanted to like this company. I have never reviewed a company before, but I am so concerned for others to be made aware of this horrible company, and just clarifying, that I have Never had a claim. I can only imagine the situation if I had had a claim!!! I was with them for 10 years and the constant mistakes, Including i got rid of a car, for months they kept charging me for it a few years back. when I would call them to rectify it, it was obvious they didn’t care. As a company that advertises on Christian radio and suggests they have Christian ethics I am surprised at the number of unethical things that have happened to me with this company repeatedly. Also, they were constantly incompetent, I did deal with Kimberly Deeks for a while and she was good, I can only assume she likely left the company because they were so bad. When you get your renewal, if you are with Deeks, please read it carefully because they add anything they think they May get away with, and add charges. Stay away from this company if at all possible. If they were cheaper I couldn't go back to them.

I contacted Deeks to get a car insurance quote and found them to have the best price. The gentleman I dealt with (Tim) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He got everything set up quickly and smoothly.Months later I contacted him regarding out of country rental car coverage and he responded to my email quickly and sent me a copy of my policy via email so that I would have a copy of it on hand. Nothing but amazing things to say about this company. Would highly recommend. Great customer service and very accessible representatives. Ask for Tim!

Horrible service.They never reply back to you no matter how many emails you send them. In the end you have to call them and explain your issue.Honestly speaking in today's world who has time to wait for long phone hold queues and explain the issue again to a representative after sending numerous emails.On the top of it, office hours are from mon to Friday 9-5 so you really have to get time out from your work to make a phone call to them.Keep in mind ,first long message on the phone to choose your options then waiting time that someone take your call and then they may forward it to another department.So try your luck !
