Sylvia provided a most detailed and up to date 12 page Comp Analysis of my 1875 farmhouse property, along with recent pictures. It was used to present to the town assessor grievance hearing. Found that the towns Buffalo's assessors used 2018, 2019, 2021 older comps and data that were cherry picked and did not reflect my property. Also in her report pointed out that List Price houses in 14589 had dropped -20% in the past 30 days. Most likely because of FED interest rate hikes of the last two months, with more to come?
