Placed a custom order in December knowing it wouldn't be until end of January before we received it. Kept getting messages thanking me for my patience and that it was almost done (Feb 24th) and that they'd send me photos soon. Waited until mid April, no message, so I messaged inquiring about our product. No response. Message a week later asking what was happening and that we would have to buy somewhere else. Still no response. Sent another message a week later inquiring what's happening/happened, no response. Called today and was told quite rudely we can choose who we want to work with and I don't want to work with you - go and get someone else to make it for you!"
