We recently purchased two sofas and a dining table. We absolutely love them! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery was seamless. We will absolutely shop here again!

The furniture is lovely and so is salesperson Sara but WOW the disorganization in this place is incredible. I should have stopped at the first couch purchase when one knew what was going on. I went back - my second mistake - to purchase a second couch to match in colour. Recognizing that the one salesperson was busy and the other two employees at the front hadn't even said hello to me when I came in, i asked the older man behind the desk if anyone else could help me. He proceeded to snarl at me and say I could wait my turn. I should have known right there that I should take my business elsewhere but I unfortunately chose otherwise. I paid for the second couch upfront and was told two months for it to arrive. After calling for a follow up two months later the lady who answered said she would call me back within a day. Two days later, with no call back, I called again. Another two days later I got my call back but it was to inform me that there was a glitch in the ordering system"

I received excellent service upon ordering and wonderful help choosing style and fabric. I also received updates as to when my pieces would arrive, they arrived exactly when quoted. But most of all the product is absolutely beautiful!! I am extremely happy and have already recommended to friends and family. Definitely will be going there for my next purchase!

Today I had a WOW customer experience! My husband and I went to the east Regina location with a certain sectional in mind from Hunter's website. We were greeted soon after entering with a warm welcome and learned that particular model was at their outlet location. Short on time...we said we'd likely just head over there. On our way out...the person who welcomed us came by again and offered to make us Chai tea lattes. For me, I was truly impressed by that gesture. She knew we were not going to buy from that store and we were even on our way out, yet such a nice gesture was made to us.At the outlet location, we were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable employees. We ended up finding the perfect couch for an amazing deal. The furniture is top quality and beautifully designed. The whole experience was outstanding. Thank you!

Gorgeous furniture but horrible customer service and experience.After purchasing a new couch from Hunter's, we waited 5 months before finally receiving it (after being quoted 6-8 weeks), and it was damaged. We were given a few options and elected to have a replacement sent and to keep the current couch as we wait. That was back in November and we are still waiting... it has been pushed off for months. We were told April, then May, and it is now June and we are coming up on a year since we first purchased the couch.Hunter's did not contact us with updates, I had to call each time to get any information and they never seem to know what is going on where an item is. Their updates are never accurate anyway.I am so extremely frustrated. I pray this couch comes to us in good condition because I just want to be done with this store.

Their products are of exceptional quality, and their customer service is outstanding. They fully support all their items, which is why I recommend you steer clear of big retail stores. While it may cost a bit more, investing in quality furniture is well worth it since you truly receive what you pay for.

Our 1st time going in, wow lots of their pieces are different and unique. Picked out 2 items. Would have bought way more. Items are pricey, but 90% made in Canada and great quality. I will be back.

We love our new sectional! It was well worth the wait for this Canadian made, high quality leather couch. The suggestion to order modular pieces allowed us to customize the piece to fit our unique space. Thx Hunter's!

We have had exceptional customer service from Sydney and the Hunter's team. We had a light bulb for our dining area light fixture burn out just before Christmas and the bulb was back ordered from the manufacturer. Sydney went above and beyond to provide us a light bulb before our Christmas Day dinner. She personally delivered a bulb taken from her own light fixture (she had the same one at her home) to our house on Christmas Eve. :)
