I have had the same customer service representative each time I go to this UPS and he is an absolute delight! He's super fast and friendly and knows his stuff! I hope they are paying this guy what he deserves because I basically use UPS exclusively because I know he is going to make it a breeze. I feel silly that I don't have his name yet. I will get it next time I go in to give him a proper shout out.

Went for photo printing. Very quick service.

Amazing service so time efficient!I went to other places and they did not help as they wanted me to do everything online without seeing what the final product would look like.

Been going there to get disposable cameras developed, and the customer service to get the pictures back has been nothing but terrible. Going there to drop it off, the guy is always super nice and helpful. But to get the pictures back is always such a struggle. 5-7 business days easily turn into 3 weeks. You always have to call to get them to have your pictures sent by email. The lady on the phone was rude and giving me a lot of undeserved attitude, for an error they made. The customer service was awful, I was laughed at and it was made clear (not so subtly) that I was not a priority and wasting their time, no customer deserves to be treated that way, especially after being patient and just trying to get to the bottom of the situation.

I went there yesterday. I had a very good experience. The employee was very polite and helpful even on a busy day. His name was Manik.Over all great experience.

Khushboo was excellent at helping me with technical support. So pleasant to work with. So glad I came here! Thanks again!

First time using this UPS Store printing services

I went there for print some pictures for using in my wedding decoration. The staff did not know how to print in the size we needed, I expended more then 2 hours and he printed in wrong size. I understood he did not know how to do that, so he cute the picture in the correct size, but the quality was not good. We tried to print more pictures and the quality was terrible and with some fails. I did not see by the time. I back there two days for redo the photos and again was another staff, who did not know how to print. I just leave the photos there, and a lost almost 70 dollars. I am very disappointed with that service.

I have been assisted very well and politely. I would recommend this to others thanks for your service guys.
