Always had really great hair experiences when going to any chatters in red deer they have great stylists... As well I went in to buy a flat iron from the north location and was very happy with the help and advice I got while there, the Kenneth Bernard flat iron I bought is the best I've used. I have very fine hair and find it straightens awesome without leaving your hair feeling fried, and it has auto shut off which I love... As well I recently received amazing service from their customer care department when I ran into a problem, Brittany was quick to respond and extremely helpful!!

The customer service was quite disappointing. Emailed them and instead of trying to solve my issue, they just sent me a 10% off promo code for future orders. I want my current order fixed before ever thinking about ordering again

After going to same stylist multiply times , and being very patient my blonde is finally gorgeous but the roots are hideous! I look like a zebra! She knows my hair, it’s fine , it’s delicate and she continually screws it up and then I am blamed after spending over $200! No apology from Manager or district manager! What a shame horrible service and customer service! I would NEVER recommend! I’m in tears as I have a wedding coming up!

Order from Amazon. Ordered product and paid $45 extra for shipping in order to receive quickly and, after errors on Chatters part, receiving product a full week after ordering. They made no attempts at resolving problem created by them. Would not order again.
