I needed a survey completed for my property, as my neighbour and I were in a dispute over the property line. Y&Y Surveying took the time to answer all my questions, regardless of how persistent I was. It was because of that kind of customer service I chose them. They were able to get the survey completed in a timely fashion, provide insight around where I am protected by law, and work within my schedule..The cost was less than other surveyors I researched.The Y&Y team went above and beyond, putting extra cut crosses into the ground, which also helped with dealing with my neighbour. Now I am able to finish my revitalization project without any further contention.They provided me with the standard quantity of surveys plus digital copies to print from.

I've called 6 other companies prior to deciding on using Young & Young Surveying (Etobicoke) for a Topographic Survey. Although not the cheapest, they were close. Most companies gave a time frame of 6-10 weeks, Y&YS promised 6 weeks and delivered in 5 weeks. Prior to choosing them, I had many questions and concerns which were addressed and well communicated.
