Staff is very friendly and nice. My son enjoys going here and is always happy to get up to come he always comes home happy and he likes the staff a lot. I'd definitely recommend this daycare to any parents looking for care.

We love this school! My son always excited to go there. During this difficult time of covid 19 they take all the precaution measures but keep it fun for the kids! The teachers are great!

Have my daughter here for a few weeks now after she had some bad experience at another daycare center in Burlington. This place is a stark contrast to what we had before, it's almost magical. Our daughter instantly turned back into the happy child she was before. The staff is super friendly and very passionate about their job. You can feel the good energy right away when entering the building. The food is healthy and fresh not just catering like in other centers. The staff is professional, affectionate and I believe they really know every kid in and out. That's also something we missed at the spot we moved our daughter from. We also noticed right away that the center is very clean and you can find sanitizers everywhere. Also this is not a given but much appreciated. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

My son attended East End Scholars 2 days a week. I recently had to switch him to a different daycare because east end was just too far from where we are currently living but this daycare is superb. Such caring, genuine and kind staff. The supervisor Carla has AMAZING communication with parents (my experience) and I just loved this daycare. It's too bad that the location isn't the greatest but it's a wonderful daycare if you are thinking about sending your child/children, don't hesitate because it's amazing! I totally recommend. I Never had any issues with this daycare. My sons diaper was always changed and the staff always put his eating/meals, nap times and diaper changes updates on the Hi Mama app. Sometimes the info was submitted late in the day around 6-7pm but otherwise this daycare is amazing and I totally highly recommend it! Thank you to all the staff and Carla at east end scholars for such an amazing experience for my sons first time at daycare. We will miss you guys!!!

Don’t bring ur kids here i used to work here they don’t treat kids right it’s dirty They play with with big pieces of wood I also saw a kid get his head stuck in between them and was hanging

My kid attended between 2018 - 2020 can only say good things about this place. I loved the open communication. I was always informed about things as it whenever it happens. I never felt that my kid was in an unsafe place. Thank you Miss khadia, Miss Natty and the sweet lady in the kitchen always whipping out delicacies.

UPDATED REVIEW March 2022:We still absolutely love East End Scholars. They have only gotten better with time. Since July of 2021, we have sent our 2 kids (ages 1.5 and 3.5) to East End Scholars and have been thrilled with the experience. Both of my kids being non-verbal, we received a ton of support from their teachers on different learning activities geared specifically towards the needs each of my kids have. They also got us in touch with some free provincially funded services to continue seeking professional help in the development of our kids. They were always reasonable with accommodating my picky eater, and they clearly put so much care and effort into giving your kids the best possible experience. They are never fazed by misbehaviour, but work hard with your child to get to the other side of it. Each staff is warm, friendly, involved, and engaged with you as a parent. The communications are great. With the tiny exception of a lot of snow days this year causing an inconvenience for us parents that still have to work, we have no complaints about this fantastic daycare. You'd be lucky to have your kids go here!! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all that you've done for our kiddos over the years. We are sad to have moved away. We wish we could take you all with us!ORIGINAL REVIEW Feb 2020:We started taking our 1.5 yr old son here a few weeks ago and have been THRILLED with the experience since the first day. When we toured the location we were pretty happy with how everything went. The director Kadia was very friendly, happy to answer any questions, and walked us through the process. We forgot to bring our son to the daycare a few times prior to leaving him for the first time but the staff at East End Scholars have made that not an issue. Like most parents leaving their (still very young) kids for the first time in a new environment, we were super stressed and nervous. When we walked in on the very first morning, we were being greeted by name by people we'd never met before, and being reassured that our son would be great. This demonstrated a preparedness and individual concern that I wasn't expecting. It made us feel like our son mattered, that he was already known, and that he was already being surrounded by fantastic people that genuinely cared about it. This first-day experience helped put us at ease very quickly and, despite leaving a very upset crying toddler, his first day went fantastic. The daycare is also great at making our picky son try new foods, and they even take photos / videos of him on a classroom iPad to show us what he gets up to occasionally when we pick him up. His teacher Nav is absolutely fantastic and has helped reduce our stress a hundred fold. She is an angel. Overall we are thrilled with this daycare experience and don't feel any more anxiety about bringing our son. He's still adjusting, but the staff are going above and beyond to make us all feel comfortable and to make it a great experience for our family. Cannot recommend them enough.
