If all businesses were like this location's then the world would be a far better place! I had broken my keys in various very silly of ways; but the skills, acquired by this Owner; are something else"! :D! I had a new key made and another refurbished. Farid is a total gem. So kind and interesting. Better price than the dealership and more care and personality into this service. Will definitely be sharing your info.

Rude, arrogant, and extremely chauvinistic staff member. I had a good experience with this location a couple years ago, so I recommended it to a female friend for a car key replacement. The employee kept making jokes about women not knowing about cars, and made her feel very unwelcomed. Keep your personal feelings to yourself, and treat all customers, male or female with the same respect.

I am just over the moon. I am just so excited. This gentleman. Scholar. And. Owner of this business. Saved me. Saved my entire car. My life. My time. My money. When many other humongous entities had failed me for what could be a simple problem. But actually was quite complex. This kind soul; has free coffee in his office. At last minute; he took all the required informations. Nothing was inconvenient at all. Drove me for free to my car. Reprogrammed like 27 keys. Stayed late for me, past closing. Noticed with me my stuck shifter. Fixed that. Had a mechanic friend. Reprogrammed again and again. Cut the SMOOTHEST key I've ever used. Like. One might HEAR the quality in his workmanship. And. Again. I was all over this city at what-shall-be-unnamed-big boxes, who were complete failures like they always are they (we don't put in remote starters"). Yeah right. But. I bypassed my dealer.
