Nous avons aussi des rouleaux au boeuf, au poulet, et végétariens si les fruits de mer ne font pas l'affaire. Prenez-vous ensuite une soupe tonkinoise succulente au boeuf, poulet ou aux légumes, garnie de pousses de haricots, de basilic thaïlandais et d'un piment chili (au choix, si vous aimez les épices). Pho Bac
I visited Pho Bac in Montreal as it was a highly recommended Vietnamese restaurant, but it didn’t reach my expectations. The restaurant was not very clean, two out of three staff I spoke to didn’t speak English, so it was difficult for them to meet my needs. The pork chop rice was quite dry, the pho (in soup or dry) was alright. The rice roll and deep fried spring roll was very good.

Very good food and super fast service. The pho was delicious and fresh. Staff was all very friendly and the food was very well priced. Highly recommend going for lunch.

Pho Bac has become my go-to place ever since after the pandemic . I didn't know why I discovered this place sooner, maybe because its not so cool decor , my bad , my bad!The spicy beef pho ( 顺化牛肉粉bun bo hue) with extra spicy chili oil is my favorite of all time ! Remember, ask for extra spicy if you like hot and nice pho just like me ! It reminds me of Sichuan food somehow, full of flavors and spicy oil, just so ! Good!The special pho , aka the classic, is just tasty and classic! Some days, if I'm feel like something lighter, I'll order a classic pho, sip a couple of spoon soups, then add hoisin sauce and siracha spicy sauce aside, eat with a little pho noodles and a piece of thin beef together! So good!The service is ..emmm...super fast but doesn't feel like a service. You know what I mean. At this kind of restaurant, all it matters is the Food !

This newly renovated Pho Bac hasn't been busier, pumping pho bowls by the dozen.However, the quality of their pho (meat, noodles, heck broth don't taste as dee as before) have drastically suffered compared to their friends from across the street (Bang NY).Hope they improve or perhaps they don't have the incentive to do so due to still carrying good business.

That was my first time eating pho in restaurant. The last time was delivery because of the pandemic. Actually I think it’s good in terms of portion and tastes. But I am too shy to ask why the vegetable pho is the same price as the beaf one lol

The food was very good and the portion was just giant! I was not able to eat it all so I had another half for later. The prices are also good for such amount. The service was outgoing and nice so I wouldn't mind to visit the place again.

The noodles were a bit over cooked for my liking. Maybe they have lots of old people as customers or thats their style...Freindly people and very chatty. Decent prices and healthy portions. I will go back and try some other dishes as the quality of the ingredients were good.

I love the cozy and relaxing ambiance that you only get in this kind of place. Very authentic Vietnamese cuisine at a very affordable price. The phở broth was pretty good and it's one of the few places in Montreal who still serves boiled chicken phở gà. It's oily and flavourful as it should be. The cà phê sữa dá was rich and not too sweet. The staff was kind and service was surpringly fast even during rush hour.

Stopped by for lunch. I ordered Pho Rau which is vegetables pho soup. It was not bad but the vegetable (carrot, broccoli) was really tough so probably needed to be cooked more. The broth was actually good and the noodle was cooked properly. But it was quite pricy and I didn’t see any lunch special prices.

We recently went there for lunch. The pho I ordered was rich and flavourful, and the grilled meat with rice my friend order was delicious. The portions were generous and the service was friendly. The cozy, and authentic atmosphere made for a great dining experience. Highly recommend!
