Come here often for Vietnamese sub combos. Great value and a quality product. Was tested head to head against others in an office tasting competition, and won even while being much lower in price. Quick and friendly, I often call in my order beforehand and then no skip fees for them. Will be back!!

This place is legit. The lady working is so nice and kind. And she’s really proud of the big portion she gives you and for good reason. Great food.

Stopped here for lunch this week. Easy to get to on the +15 level above the Scotia. I had a chicken satay sub and a couple of spring rolls and only paid $12 after tip. Super well worth the cost!The sub was very delicious and was big enough for me to share my leftovers with the hubby later. The spring rolls were cold but tasted good. I think had I come closer to the lunch rush they would have been fresher.

Never been here before but have always seen their sign by Scotia. Just picked up wor-wonton noodle soup. Amazingly fresh, lots of wontons, superb pricing for the amount of food. The lady that took my order was fast, efficient and very friendly. A complete hidden gem that I will support moving forward! Don’t sleep on this place it was fantastic!!

Ordering was a bit weird as there were people standing everywhere either waiting to pay or place an order. But the food and staff were great.

Owners are very nice and they give generous portions. Food is naturally delicious and doesn't contain msg. Very well priced and I've become a regular.

We ordered the beef brisket pho. Very tasty but the soup was a bit too strong for me. We visited this while walking though the plus 15 skywalks so it is very convenient.

This an excellent place for Chinese or Vietnamese food. So so delicious and the owner is so lovely. Their building has cut off +15 access temporarily but they need people to come. They survived Covid and now need support! Access is the staircase next to the building.
