The screen protector that was installed on my S22+ would not work with my biometric scanner. This is the same product I had installed when I first bought the phone yet this one didn't work. Well the agent refunded me my money but now I have no screen protector.

Fatima was very helpful and professional. She’s very knowledgeable of not only the products but also the plans offered by Sasktel. She was helping an older gentleman before me and overheard the conversation. She was genuine, patient and most importantly kind to the gentleman. She had a line up of people but did not seem flustered and was able to handle each customer with care and not feel rushed. Superb customer service. Well done!
