Great store! The man is super nice and friendly! I love to see the fair pricing on the trading cards! I believe the worker's name is Timothy, I really want to thank him for helping me out with packaging the item! I definitely recommend this store :)

They are slightly expensive, but then there is no other party store so close by! The couple that runs this business is very sweet and welcoming. I guarantee you'll always get an excellent customer service whenever you'll be there. This is my go to place for Canada post service, collecting a quick gift item, or getting any last minute party decorations. Wish they could reduce the pricing a little bit.

If i can give 0 stars i would. I came to the establishment on a Tuesday to pick up a package, as the delivery notice stated this was the location that my package would be at. The owner stated the package was not there and was still in transit. I then left and called Canada post and opened a service claim. Fast forward to Friday afternoon. I receive a voicemail from Canada post stating my item is at THIS Location, an hour after the call i receive an email stating pretty much what the gentleman on the voicemail stated. I proceed to go pick up my package. The owner there before i can even speak states my pa mage is not there. I then play the voicemail and attempted to show him the email i received just an hour prior. He tried to show me a piece of paper from the Tuesday stating my package was in transit to the post office. As i begin to explain to him again that this was an hour ago he proceeds to walk out the back door of his own store to ignore me. I bet if i were not a person of color he would have been nicer instead of yelling and walking out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

Had a great experience today. Very friendly staff and a great selection of cards. Will come back for sure.

Very efficient at managing a line for postal. Been in situations where some people just take forever. Was pleasantly surprised at how well they handled what could have been a major holdup.

I used to really like this place but not anymore. Everything goes well until you have a problem, then they don’t want to know you. The man doesn’t help you or even want to understand the problem, just wants you to pay up and leave! And how is that I have to pay him cash when I can use my visa when a package is delivered to my door??Update to previous review...YES!! You can use your credit card to pay for Customs charges! However, you must demand it! AND in my case stand for 45 minutes while he calls customer service to figure out how to do it! Oh and don't expect any apology for wasting your time. All I got was a hard stare.

My bank card (new, never used elsewhere) was compromised after the person at cash insisted I use debit as opposed to credit. Also, on more than one occasion, the woman at cash was rude to me (a person of colour) and was very polite to other customers who were caucasian. Very disappointed.
