Very rude representative.

I came to the store to collect a package that had been rerouted to Peter's Drugs. Unfortunately, I did not receive a notice at my door that the package had been delivered at all; leading it to be late. With one day to pick up the package, I came to the desk to collect it. The Canada Post representative at the desk was not helpful and did not seem to want to deviate from very rigid protocols (with regards to recently expired identification) and did not provide any aid. I even received a suggestion to somehow renew my government-issued ID in a week while it was held, of course in exchange for a fee from Canada Post. With my package getting sent back to its source, I can't help but think some leniency or kindness would have made this an easier experience for me.

I went the canada post to send my wifi back, first nobody was there to assist when i asked lady was saying go and pack your thing even i did not have ideas what package was there to use, i used one then she start screaming then i asked help again but nobody came ,I packed my stuff then went to counter, lady on counter was extremely rude she behaving good to others but for me she did not give me response well, it was really ridiculous experience, I don’t understand if you cannot give good customer service why are you coming to work ,I would not go there again.Thanks

Didnt leave my package in my secured box and rerouted the package to this location. Its the 8th closest post office to my door. Now I must waste money travelling to and from the post office after paying express shipping fees.Your phone lines are down for complaints as well.
