Pleasant reception and fast service. Dr Elias was efficient and helpful with two separate and specific issues related to my health. BTW - I didn’t mind removing my boots as that indicates a clean establishment.

I have been going to Dr. Elias for many years. She is a great doctor - attentive to my concerns, offers sound advice, provides effective treatments, and refers to specialists when necessary. Staff is polite, prompt and efficient. I appreciate the requirement to remove my shoes as it suggests a cleaner office. I rarely have to wait long to see the doctor when I have a scheduled appointment.

Dr kilada is a fantastic dr. My family is very glad we have him for a dr. For those that have an issue with having to take your shoes off it's a small price to pay for excellent care.

Everyone including the owner have shown nothing but incompetence. I would avoid and go elsewhere. Books you for appointments when the doctor isn’t even in. Booking us in for vaccines they don’t even have only to turn us away the day of the appointment after booking time off work to go there, has a doc ask me how to write a medical note. Absolutely sickening medical care, the doctors, owner and receptionists have no idea what they are doing and have demonstrated that on more than 5 occasions. Guess this is what free healthcare gets us….

Dr. Kilada lied to me regarding my ailment that I had been suffering with for many years. He told me that there was nothing that can be done about it, which is not true because many people are on this medication, medication that can help with just wanting to help you function without pain on a daily basis.
