I've been to this Spence Diamonds location multiple times in the past 10 years. I've purchased diamond necklaces for Christmas, Birthday, and Anniversary gifts.I moved out of town a few years back, and got engaged about 8 months ago! Spence Diamonds was always my go-to store, but with the distance, my fiancé and I started looking at other diamond retailers that were closer to home. In the past 3-4 months, I've tried on 30+ rings and could only see myself buying 1 or 2 of them; my future wife tried on well over 100, but still wasn't sold on any of them.I decided to check out Spence's website. I found a ring that I loved! I called up the store to check if they had the ring in / available to try on before I made the 1.5 hour drive, and they did. I wanted my fiancé's opinion, so I brought her along with me on a little road trip to Mississauga!When we arrived, Sami Khattab met us at the door and greeted us with a warm smile that looked more like a friend than a sales consultant looking to make a commission. I made it pretty easy for him to make a sale, telling him exactly what I wanted to look at - style 80587. He walked me over, showed me the ring, I tried it on, and it was EXACTLY how I hoped it would feel. Within 30 seconds of walking into the building, I pulled out my wallet, asked him to put it on order, and asked where I could pay.He slowed me down a bit, and suggested a few more rings to try on first, before making such a big purchase / commitment. I'm happy he did, too, because it just reinforced how much I loved the original ring I came in to see. He brought me into his office to size my finger while my fiancé wandered around the store to see if maybe she could find something, herself. Once we finalized the sizing, looked up my account, and started walking over to the cash register I realized I hadn't even asked what the price of the ring was! When we got to the register and had it rung up, I was shocked to see that it was nearly half the price of the other rings I had been considering! We had stopped considering prices after 2 months of searching for rings thinking If it's right

Shopping at spence diamonds is an incredible experience. When i first walked in the staff greets you with open arms and passion. Adam and his team at the sqaure one location had helped me with all my shopping experiences. From engagement ring, to wedding ring and other jewelry. If there is any jewelry store i can recommend it is spence diamond. 10/10 service for all your jewlery shopping needs.

Adam Siraj!! Wow thank you so much for just being patient explaining thoroughly (with great analogies) the four C’s and what we should be looking for as well as physically letting us view the diamonds in person under a microscope. It was an amazing, hands-on environment that allowed you to try on many different styles, as well as show the difference between mined and lab grown diamonds and what they look like side-by-side under a microscope. I loved this experience and will be definitely recommending this to all my friends and family. It was a seamless affordable process and I will definitely recommend this to any newly looking to be engaged couple. Thank you so much.

My husband and I went there to find wedding band and an engagement ring. It was a beautiful experience. Sami was super helpful and made my rings to the perfection. I can’t stop looking at my rings. He answered all of our questions and was also available any time of the day for any concerns. Can’t say enough of this Mississauga location and their staff. Highly recommended!!!

With the very little knowledge I have about diamonds, Michael really made my experience at Spence a phenomenal one. He took his time in answering all of my questions even though I came in just before the store closed. I would definitely recommend Michael and Spence to my family and friends and I am looking forward to coming back for further purchases.

We purchased our wedding rings (a bridal set and men's wedding band) from the Mississauga location. Initially, we were very pleased with the service we received, however after our recent experiences with their customer service (or lack thereof), we are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the company overall. Within the first year, one of the stones in the engagement ring fell out, and 3 more stones fell out over the course of the last 5 years. When we finally brought the ring in for repair, we were told by the store director that these things happen
