Had a great experience having our Bunny (Bun) spayed. I was a bit nervous about the surgery but the environment and the staff made me feel at ease and updated me. Even got a call the next day to check in on her. Thank you for all you do and for taking good care of our bunny.

Dr. Grant was excellent - I loved getting my first veterinary checkup with him. He was so nice which helped me to be brave

They did amazing with my rabbit and took great care of him! The surgery was pricey but for how much they did it was amazing! The doctors are very kind and helped my rabbit get better and I can’t thank them enough.

Deer Park has the single greatest veterinary team I have ever met.The vet who met my senior dog said she looked like a good healthy 9 year old. My dog happens to be 14! The vet didn’t prescribe anything crazy, maybe some dental treatment, but was very relaxed and accommodating.

We've been to several vets in Red Deer and elsewhere at this point, and we haven't had a better experience than we did at Deer Park Pet Hospital. The staff are very kind, caring, attentive. The doctor was very thorough with the explanation of the process with us. She wasn't rushed at all, and we didn't wait very long to be seen either. She recommended the least invasive, cheapest way to deal with our issue, and outlined the next steps if this approach didn't work - thankfully, it did! They definitely don't try to grab your money for all those unnecessary tests and procedures the way other vets do, and you receive the same, maybe even better treatment. I wouldn't go anywhere else as long as we live in or close to Red Deer. Highly recommended.

Took my cat as she was showing blood in the stool, was treated very well except one of the receptionists was a bit snarky so don't know what that was about. Would take my pet back there again as good, kind service and accommodated me the following day from my inquiry.

We've never had a bad experience from any of the staff, from reception to vet, even when our visits were for not-so-great reasons. We've brought all our pets to see a variety of vets and have always left feeling we couldn't have been better served. Thanks, from Rascal, Max and Sid!

Title: Disappointed with the Vet’s Treatment and Billing PolicyI recently took my pet to this vet clinic due to an ear infection. The vet diagnosed the infection as a yeast overgrowth and prescribed Aurizon ear drops for a 7-day treatment. Unfortunately, after the recommended duration, the infection persisted, and I was advised to continue the treatment for an additional 3 days. To my disappointment, even after a total of 10 days of treatment, my dog’s ear remained red and the infection was still present.When I contacted the clinic to schedule another visit, I was shocked to learn that I would be required to pay the fee again, despite the fact that the diagnosis and the microorganism causing the infection were the same. It is disheartening to consider paying for another consultation when the initial treatment failed to address the issue effectively.As a pet owner, I expect competence and effectiveness in the veterinary care provided to my beloved companion. It is concerning that the initial diagnosis and treatment plan did not yield the desired results, and I question the vet’s expertise in handling such cases. Moreover, the clinic’s billing policy raises further doubts about their commitment to client satisfaction.I understand that different microorganisms and diagnoses may warrant additional fees, but in this situation, where the same issue persists, it seems unfair and unjust to require payment again. I believe it is the responsibility of the veterinary clinic to ensure the well-being of the animals they treat and to rectify any shortcomings in their initial treatment without charging extra.I hope the clinic reevaluates their policies and takes appropriate steps to address these concerns, ensuring that pet owners receive the quality care they expect and deserve.

We've taken our dog, and multiple cats here and seen multiple vets over the years. Always such great staff. Highly recommended
