We had data locked into two very old Mac towers and a Western Digital hard drive (forgotten passwords for the first two; and damaged case for the WD that made it impossible to physically connect it to our computers).The Data Lab 247 team picked up the devices, quickly performed diagnostics, sent evaluations and estimates for recovery, and proceeded in short time to recover and provide all of the data.Their communications are professional, clear, efficient and succinct and they work fast. There's a bit of a sci-fi element to the whole thing, like something out of a William Gibson novel.I highly recommend Data Lab 247 for your data recovery needs.

I originally went to Canada Computers with my failed HDD who happily took $40 from me and kept my drive for a month only to come back with a quote of over $2000 to get it fixed... I then found Data Lab who were very reasonably priced and had my drive back to me within 1 week. They were also able to recover 99% of the data. Where do I begin? There are angels at work here! When my MacBook Air of 10 years finally crashed on me with all my research data and no back up (I know) I was told to take it to a third party Apple retailer to have the data transferred. These awesome professionals picked up my old laptop with a broken monitor from my home and retrieved some beloved photos and files from my encrypted drive. They were even so kind as to recycle my old laptop for me. I should have read the website better to understand their process as we had a minor miscommunication about the cost of services, which was very very reasonable!!
