Aaron is a fine dog trainer. He is also incredibly rude and makes it impossible to do business with him. I got so frustrated with his rudeness that I just gave up even though I paid for a package and had unused funds.His voicemail box is always full. You have to call multiple times until you get lucky and he actually picks up. More than once he cancelled at the last minute by sending a text, then ignored my text messages trying to reschedule. More than once he just didn't show up for an appointment. He never once called or texted to try to reschedule when he completely blew off the appointment.If you don't mind having someone treat you like garbage I highly recommend Aaron. The few sessions we had were fine. He knows his stuff. His communication skills with customers is horrible. I prefer to give my money to someone who shows basic courtesy and respect to customers.

Aaron's simply AMAZING! He taught me how to be free again. Free to walk down the street with my dog on a leash with style and grace. I no longer take the long way around to avoid seeing other dogs, now we go looking for them to keep practicing our new found skills!He is so knowledgeable and has a positive, kind approach. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch trainer. Definitely deserves more than 5 ⭐ BIG THANKS

Aaron is a very caring understanding trainer that can quickly adapt techniques to fit the dog and the circumstances. We had several issues that we wanted to overcome and he handled them one by one and helped us train Rooney to be the dog we wanted...thanks. BTW, online booking is a really great addition.

I booked my dog in to Archie and Friends for a night night of boarding in June 2023. I called, and the voicemail told me to book online, which I did. Upon booking, I received a confirmation email for my reservation. When I showed up, this place didn’t even exist. I kept trying to call but received a voicemail. In a panic, I started calling other facilities, and called a place labelled “Boarding Clinic”. A man named Aaron answered and explained to me that Archie and Friends had to close due to legal issues. He was the previous owner of Archie and Friends and is trying to rebrand himself. He offered to take our dog in his home in Kitchener, which we denied. Fortunately, we were able to find new location for our dog and are thankful for that. Beware.

Aaron is a great trainer and was so patient and calm working with our Boomer. We now look forward to walks and seeing other dogs on leash!! His technique is effective, positive and kind while focusing on fixing the root cause. Just fabulous and highly recommend.

Aaron is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He helped me understand what my dog was communicating and how to help her work through stressful situations. I cannot recommend him enough!

At just 8 weeks old I brought my puppy to Wag and Walk for training, at 10 weeks old he was doing a sit, lie down, play dead and off-leash recall without treats. I never would have been able to raise such an intelligent dog if it weren't for the training I received at Wag, not only does the training cater your dog to adjust to your lifestyle and needs, it accomplishes impeccable behaviour without punishment and no lure-based training. You will leave the program with a dog who wants to offer you kind behaviour all thanks to the best dog training facility I've seen yet. Give Aaron 10 minutes of your time and you will not be disappointed.

Aaron is amazing. Very friendly professional and well mannered guy. He got our 130 lb (at least!) scared as heck lab down two flights of narrow stairs, something which no one else (including trainers) were able to do or give us the right info to do! He did an amazing job and the dog loved him before and after the training (eventhough it was scary for him). Thank you so much Aaron for accommodating our schedule and coming as soon as possible. We appreciate it beyond words and we will definitely be using your services again in the future and recommending you to other people in need of an awesome trainer.A+++

My family and I set up a private training session with Aaron via the website but when the day/time came for the appointment no one showed up. I tried calling multiple times but no response and the voicemail was full. After the third time calling to see if anyone was coming, I received a text message from the number saying we will return your call shortly." but no one called. The next day we still had not heard back so we tried calling again to reschedule but yet again no response. We have still not heard back so we will be taking our puppy elsewhere. Hopefully they sort out their appointment/phone situation for others."
