Deveraux Heights - Deveraux Apartment Communities

Very unsafe place to live . The parking lot was never been cleaned all of this winter . My son slipped and fell on ice this morning because Deveraux apartment didn’t clean the snow of clear the manhole for the water to drain . I would never recommend anyone to live here and would do a complaint to the tenant board of Sask about the health and safety of this place .

Fe is really amazing and always helping make our building so clean and always friendly and go extra mile to do her job .

Staff members Ebe and Fe are the best workers here at this building. They always ate respectful and hardworking .

All the staff especially Fe are very nice, well managed and well maintained property

If you're looking for an apartment in Harbour Landing, I would highly recommend going with Northview or Parliament Rentals instead.-Substantial rent increases every time you renew your lease ($125 per month / $1500 per year). They will also quote you a price $100 higher than what they have listed on their website, then offer you a $60 discount in appreciation of your continued tenancy and loyalty"-If you call maintenance to report that your smoke detector keeps beeping

Fe is doing a great cleaning job. she cleans every part of the building (indoor) and dedicated with her job. Thanks for making the clean environment.

Nice place , club house and swimming pool it’s fun , I recommend for family or single person.

Just wanted to add: I’ve lived here over a year and loving cleaning and maintenance staff! Fei is very friendly and I always make a point to stop and talk to her. The place is always clean! Five stars, way to go!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Just moved in a month ago. So far so good. I did not have any issues with anything, apartment is very clean, bright, nice finishes. I love all inclusive and diverse environment around. The staff is very helpful!!! The minute i met with Sandra (she manages showings) she set me up with what exactly what i needed. She went far and beyond. So far so good, I am loving my new place.
