Westside Coin Laundry

Came here 2 times and staff is extremely rude. It's been a long time since a customer service person has been this rude to me.

I was told that my ten pound dog was not allowed, even in my arms while trying to help my husband. There is no sign posted to say that dogs are not allowed.

Gross. Nast basement laundromat. If I could give it negative 4 stars I would. I wouldn't wash my dog blankets at this hole in the floor.

This is a fabulous place to go to do laundry. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There are just a few things you need to know before you go...They close the doors to any new customers 1.5 hours before the closing time. So if it says they close at 5pm make sure you are there before 3:30pm in order to complete a wash and dry. They do this to ensure that they can actually close up and leave by 5pm. I made this mistake the first time I went after loading all my clothes into my vehicle and finding out they were closed at 4pm.Another thing I feel good to mention is that they do have coins available but they only accept cash. There is an ATM upstairs in the restaurant but if you want to save yourself the service fee come prepared. They do have some soaps available to purchase on site as well.There are washrooms available in the restaurant and there is a playground to keep kiddies occupied while you wait!Overall 5 stars!

Its behind in the back of a grate eats fish and chips store. Makes laundry a pleasure and chore at the same time . Private location, again wonderful friendly helpful staff.

Lana is awesome! Very accommodating and clean facility. Always seems to have available machines.

I really like those beastly machines. The stainless steel ones take large loads, clean really well and then spin it to insanity which makes drying quicker. Appreciated having a help with the machines and having plenty to talk about too, very friendly!

Great place! Friendly , helpful staff. A few machines not working but still alot of machines to use.
