Once again Chance and his service team along with Alex and the parts department provided us with outstanding service and went over and above to keep our small family trucking company on the road.Always cheerful and informative, and they always make us feel as tho we are number 1. Its always a pleasure to deal with the staff at Great West Kenworth in Red Deer.

Had our truck in for some warranty work. They had to go in through the sleeper but with all the boot prints on the floor it’s obvious they never took their boots off when in the sleeper. Also, asked for a copy of the work order so I know what issues were fixed. They said they didn’t have it available but would email it to me. Been waiting over a week now. Not very impressed with this dealership to say the least

Darlene in the shipping and receiving department is friendly and efficient. Always has my bills filled in accurately before I get there.

Amazing staff and service, their commitment to service and help is something that you don't find everyday or even seldom now days. We were in a real bind with a unit and between Alex, Ashley, Garret, Chance and Krista they got their part done so the rest of the other services could complete their jobs to have the unit mobile and back to work. I have always had good service from Great West Kenworth in Lethbridge so when I booked my truck in at Red Deer I had high hopes for the same great service. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I called and made an appointment for some transmission issues I am having, I was told that they would have time to look a few days later. I showed up a few days later when my appointment was scheduled for and I waited around for over an hour only to be told that they wouldn’t have time to look at it and would need it over the weekend. I asked if they were willing to at the very least hook up to it with the computer and see if all it needed was a software update or a reflash and they refused said they didn’t have time. What is the point of making an appointment for me if you don’t have time?

100% recommend this dealership! My sensor came on so I pulled over to check my coolant just outside of Innisfail. It was dripping quite a bit. I checked to see if it was a clamp. Couldn't really tell so I started making a few calls. So i was then in a full out panic! I called Kenworth in Red Deer to see if they can look at it or at least let me know if I can make it to Edmonton because I had a load on.Ashley had answered and said yeah bring it in will take a quick look at it. She passed me on to the service manager, Chance, and he said he would take a look at it and see what we could do. I showed up, Chance came out, popped my hood right at the gate. He even checked to see if there was play in the Bering, which there was. I asked if I could make Edmonton before we made any decisions. He went to check for parts. I asked how long it would take hours and if they could get me in right away. I've driven a lot of trucks and I know how hard it is to get into dealerships so I was kind of shocked that they agreed to get right on it! I almost didn't believe it, but sure enough, I dropped my trailers and the mechanic came out, grabbed the seat cover and floor mat, they pulled her in and 2 hours later I was on the road and rolling again. They were super friendly and fast. Generally breaking down on the road is panic for most owner operators because even the smallest thing can mean down time. I cannot believe how fast and on the ball and so willing to help they were. So if you ever have a problem in your in the area or even if you just need a service I 100% recommend them. They're fantastic!

Great Service !!Parts staff is very knowledgeable , & the service department is amazing. It's pretty busy there but if its an emergency fix they always pull through and squeeze you in. The Service department is always willing to work with their customers and provide the best quote they possibly can along with quality workman's ship.If you own a Kenworth , take it here!
