I have been to this offsale numerous times and did you know the delivery service they use are supposed to be charging a flat $10 delivery fee to anywhere in the city, but as I watch the drivers, they openly scratch and verbally say it's to far for only $10 and they change it to $13 and sometimes $15 or $16, so people, OPEN YOUR EYES and see how you are being ripped off. As well they don't do deliveries when needed at times if they don't want to, they should go back to the original fast delivery service they did have, it was a flat rate and fast.

I called the offsale and asked them to deliver a 26 of tequila and a 20 pack of smokes. He said it would come to just over $50. I clarified numerous times that I wanted a 26, NOT a mickey. He kept being distracted on the phone and left numerous times to deal with something else. He asked me again if I wanted a mickey, which I replied to loud and clear No

I called on Christmas eve, asking if they were still open till 3. and a lady was super friendly and let me know they would be open. when i eventually got to the store. It was super busy and she was still super sweet to everyone. Wish i got her name. She deserves a raise!

I came in close to 3am and the place was well stocked, clean, organized, and easy to look through. The two gentleman working at the desk were informative and knowledgable about a certain vodka I wanted to try that unfortunately wasn't available but they were kind enough to let me know that it was coming next week! One of the workers were formally well-dressed while the other sported his clean casual look. They were patient with the customers coming in and helped them all in a timely matter. Definitely recommend this place!

Chronically over charge! If I'm not getting charged night prices in the middle of the day, I'm getting charged more than what it says at the cooler. Just brought this up to the lady working there and she said nobody fricken cares" in which I responded "I guess I'm the only one that cares" and she said "yes". Long story short
