Removal of change rooms made shopping here a horrible experience . Used to love this place. Was a loyal customer for 20+ years. Please bring back the change rooms. (And no, the return-for-store-credit policy isn't an acceptable substitute for being able to try on clothes before buying them.)

Value Village is a thrift store that offers a wide range of second-hand clothing, home decor, and other items. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, and the prices are generally reasonable. One thing I appreciate about Value Village is their commitment to sustainability and reducing waste. By purchasing second-hand items, customers can help to reduce their environmental footprint and support a more sustainable economy. However, there are a few downsides to the store. While the prices are generally reasonable, they can sometimes be higher than what you might expect for second-hand items. Additionally, some of the items can be quite worn or damaged, which can make it difficult to find high-quality items.Another issue is that the store can get quite crowded and disorganized, especially during peak hours. This can make it difficult to find what you're looking for and can make the shopping experience feel overwhelming.Overall, Value Village is a decent thrift store that offers a range of second-hand items at reasonable prices. Just be prepared for potentially crowded and disorganized conditions, and be prepared to do some digging to find high-quality items.

I like this store, here you can find some stuff from the last century, sometimes they have an old smell… yes, this is not the best smell, but for someone it will remind childhood - and it's worth a lot. addition, this store also has modern things.

Very nice store. Snagged an American Eagle top for $8. Pretty understandable that the fitting rooms got shut down due to Covid, but prices are pretty decent and a lot of items are in great condition.

I used to shop at Value Village more a few years back... then I started to notice them raising their prices! In used items that were near full price. I could go to Walmart and buy new for the prices that they have on their clothing. I get it. The money from the store pays wages, but I thought this was a used" "thrift store"??? I find I only go when my daughter wants to look for books. I don't buy clothing from there. Do they even give to charity? I don't know? Maybe they should rethink the people who are mostly buying from them. I think that they would be more about charity than the"name brand" markup. I would be more interested in shopping there if the prices were appropriate for a thrift store. I'm just saying."

The wide variety and the way they have changed the floor plan makes it almost a 100% perfect shop the only draw back is the cost, this once was the place to shop cause it was reasonably affordable for everyone. With today's Rising costs in everything Value Village should be the place we can be able to count on being affordable,,

Store has become very expensive and sometimes costs more than to purchase brand new. I thought I'd save money but left disappointed. Better shops out there where you can still save and walk away with money in your pockets...

I hadn't been here in a few years so I didn't realize they had removed the change rooms. I can understand why, though it was really awkward for clothes shopping. My mom tried tops and dresses on in the aisle but we didn't even bother with pants and shorts and unfortunately they were the reason we were there. It's so hard (for women) to buy bottoms without trying them on. All the new(ish) self-checkouts are nice.

Have a good selection here, but most of the prices are too high for what they're selling.. especially since it's all used items. I used to love to shop here about 10 years ago. I prefer the Salvation Army stores now.
