I called them at 2 pm on a Sunday, after my only key fob got ran over, and destroyed. They returned my call, got the details. Just after 3 pm Saul showed up. He got out a new fob, and his OBD programmer.He ran the program the first time, it would unlock and lock doors, but car wouldn't start. So he ran the programmer once again. After about 30 seconds, he had my car running again. I was SO HAPPY.Saul, is a true professional. I only had one fob, when I bought the car. I have ordered 2 replacements from Amazon. When they arrive, I will meet up with Saul. And he will program them to, my car.
