Having been a client for over 4 years now I have never been so impressed with the quality of both individuals and services provided than right here at Abby Medical Laser Centre. Shaun AKA Dr. T (Dr. Shaun Tregoning), Mario Abalos (RN), Nina (Office Administrator) and their cleaning technician are an exceptional team of professionals that really care about you, the client. Nina has superb customer service skills and is very knowledgeable and capable of assisting the needs of both men's and women's inquiries over the phone, by email and in person. Both Shaun and Mario are always wanting to make your needs a reality and bring you into a wonderful journey of lasting youthful change. This team is focused on providing a natural result vs. going into the realm of looking overdone". Never pressured only advised and done so with integrity and pricing that is very fair for the extra value they all bring. My experiences have been so fun and pleasant. Lastly

Dr. Tregoning and Mario made me feel comfortable right away. Very happy with my services. Other places I’ve been to seem so uptight. The receptionist was friendly which is a nice change from the last place I went to.

It's now going on 2 years and I have had my lips done by Mario, just amazing!, along with a recent thread lift! I’ve been to Mario for Laser hair removal and acne treatments. The hair removal has been working great and the acne laser treatments work fast and last a long time! Definitely recommend.

I recently had the new Fire + Ice laser with a glow peel done and my skin looks incredible! So fresh and glowing!Dr. T and Mario always make you feel so comfortable when you come in for treatments, listen to your needs, and don’t try to push services on you like some of the other clinics do.I had my lips done by Mario last year as well and he is an absolute artist when it comes to lip fillers!

I absolutely recommend this office their staff is very welcoming! Mario is amazing at what he does when it comes to Laser hair removal. He did my lip injections with his steady hand I didn't have any bruising and my lips look fabulous I HIGHLY recommend going to Abby Medical Laser for all of your cosmetic needs! The best part is that they have monthly promotions, in my experience not a lot of cosmetic clinics have this! I promise you wont regret it.

I sent a request in for an appointment and they offered two available times. I picked one then a few hours later they said just kidding, both times are now taken. I was in direct correspondence with the receptionist and it felt like she had no idea what the schedule was. I'm a bit confused, it seems like I was offered slots that were already taken and they didn't assume I would send a deposit so they tried to overbook. Within a few hours I was offered a slot, accepted it, went to pay the deposit, and by the time I'd opened back up my email they said nevermind.Listen. If you can't even book a client properly I'm not going to trust you to stick needles in my face.

My experience here is always exceptional. The team here is so kind, polite and welcoming. I was nervous going in the first time, but the amazing staff and atmosphere made me feel at ease. The work they do here is extraordinary. They really try to make sure every customer is satisfied with their visit and I definitely was. Dr. Tregoning and Mario are great at what they do and that's why I would recommend this place to everyone!

Dr ShaunT is very Rude & wouldn’t explain much because he is always in hurry . It’s true that most of the time he brings Botox or fillers from different room . Who knows if it’s real .
