Thanks for all the help and patience. Corvettes have a very long wait list, 22 months to get one. James always answered all our questions and was very helpful. We are so happy with both our purchases from Barry Cullen.

I came to this dealership for servicing my truck, just a regular oil change. I had a good experience overall. I set up my service appointment via email. Quite convenient and Mary was really quick to respond and really helpful. Two weeks before my visit, additional to the oil change, I requested a key replacement/programming and the supply/programming of a fob to be done during this visit. The requested my VIN and quoted those services/products as well.- Minus 1 star because they didn't order the key, so they didn't have the key in stock, so I left without a key.- Minus 1 star because they didn’t supply/program a fob, apparently it's not possible to even program it. Could have said that 2 weeks ago.Also, 2h+ for an oil change and wheel retorquing seems a bit excessive, but I wasn't in a hurry so I'm not docking stars for that.

I would highly recommend this dealership for several reasons. Al Hinds was the sales rep that sold my daughter her first truck. He offered her plenty of common sense advice with zero pressure. At the end of the deal we dealt with Adam in financial services who had the same approach as Al. He presented her with options but no pressure at all. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks guys for making my daughters experience a pleasant one! Who knows after 36 years of driving an F-150 I may visit Barry Cullen for my next truck.Paul Fler

Elizabeth on the sales team was very persistent but not pushy when helping me find a new to me truck. Kept me posted on new trucks arriving. Overall it was a good experience, small hiccup that had occurred was sorted out and made right.Happy to finally have my new truck in the drive way and it’s all thanks to her.

Great purchase experience. Sales rep Patrick Barrett listened to what we wanted and told us about options but respected us enough to not oversell what we didn't want. He spoke with both of us equally and was available on time and was prompt with email queries. He seems like the perfect balance of a sales professional who knows his product and when is unsure about a related issue honestly says so. Smooth and efficient trade & purchase experience.

Christie Weir is an exceptional employee. A few months back I brought my car in and unfortunately there were a few things wrong and it cost a bit (as cars tend to) I was a bit upset about my car but she made the hole experience way better. She's so upbeat and awesome. She deserve a raise or promotion. Barry cullen is great but that was one of the best experiences I had.

After coming here for service on my two vehicles, and connecting with the service manager, I am not impressed. The communication within the service department is not great. I booked my vehicle weeks in advance to have a recall done and an oil change as I wanted to give the service department time to get the parts needed in for the recall. I dropped my vehicle off and set the expectation that I needed my vehicle back at lunch, to which they said they could do. I heard nothing from the dealer so at lunch I gave them a call. I find out that the recall wasn’t done because a part was missing and my vehicle has been ready for 30 minutes so far after the oil change. No one has thought to notify me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Instead of getting frustrated with the service advisor, I picked up my vehicle and left a message for the service manager, Mike Doucette. He returned my call the day later and upon voicing my concerns, interrupted me, spoke over me, and invited me to seek service at another dealer if I felt that was necessary. Not the service I know chev dealers to provide, I’m disappointed.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my c8 corvette from Barry Cullen. My sales associate Al Hinds was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He provided prompt response and attention to detail. He was always available when I needed questions answered.
