Not a good experience! Although the ambience was nice, which attracted me to go in, but the owner/staff were not friendly at all. There are polite ways, you can tell your customer about the rules of the restraunt, but they lacked common politeness. Never going back to that place again. Not recommended.

Another new update: June 30th 2023: this location has permanently closed. There is a sign taped to the front door stating the location is closed, the windows are all papered over and inside is empty.Update spring 2023: they now seem to close at 5pm every day. I remember they used to be open till 8pm weekdays or 6pm on weekends. Used to sit on patio till almost close time when events were on at Harmony Square. Shame.If you're in the downtown area and feel like a coffee or light meal, Coffee Culture will do the trick. A variety of coffee based drinks, teas and cold drinks are on the menu. For a bite to eat there's salads, sandwiches or sweet treats like cake, tarts and other pastries. They even serve up some ice cream. Located At the corner of Harmony Square makes their patio a fantastic spot to sit and sip your coffee on a warm summer afternoon

Great gem in downtown brantford! The space is inviting and roomy for coffee dates or sit down lunches. Baked goods are delicious (cranberry orange muffins!), good coffee. Great lunch options (sometimes you just want a soup/sandwich/salad). I think they also have order online options for quick pick ups. Friendly owners and staff.

Fresh coffee with bagels are a must try at this place. Nice ambience coffee color furnishings with wooden touch. We had coffee and Power-up breakfast bagel! It was so good, we ordered more. The barista was quick in helping with big orders. Good breakfast experience at Brantford

The coffee was very tasty and hot. The croissant was very nice. It was busy with a continuous flow of take out. Pleasant scenery. The furniture was very worn and needs a deep clean plus windows were very dirty. Otherwise very nice experience.

The staff were extremely inviting and friendly when we came in to get a coffee. The lounge chairs are SO comfy as well. Also right beside a skating rink which is pretty awesome!!

The experience was terrible...I was dining in with my family ordered soup and sandwich combos and was absolutely shocked with the size of the soup portion and sandwich portion. On top of everything, it was served in a plastic container. What happened to proper dishware for people dining in? The pictures that are advertised in this place is nothing like what you are getting. I spent over 60.00 dollars and felt like I was completely ripped. This was an absolute disgrace. No plates, plastic grocery store containers and portions were terrible, sandwiches were nothing like advertised.

Great coffee. Prices are a tad high though. My only complaint or criticism is that employees still wear masks. Take the masks off and I'll stop by more often.
