The machine are a bit old school but everyone seem very friendly and helpful. There's pretty much everything you're looking for from bumper plates to a boxing ring. Plus there's plenty free weights going all the way up to 125 pounds. Music is mostly good, acceptable at worst.TLDR: I found my new gym

A great family owned establishment, awesome hours of availability. Now they host myself as their in house massotherapist which definetly distinguishes excel gym from the rest. Strongly recommend
