We managed to get the part soon after we called him asking for help.Service is amazing, and Keith is very professional and very helpful.100% recommend!

Last night into today I experienced a real trying drainage issue. I did my usual due diligence in calling around for options and for the most part I was met with July dates for an issue that needed dealing with yesterday. Luckily I contacted the guys at Muskoka Wide Plumbing. They provided me with same day emergency service that wasn’t available elsewhere, and efficiently solved my issue. But this review extends past the quick service, to the amazing experience dealing with the whole team there. Right from the onset I was welcomed as a valued customer and given very frank, relevant, and highly knowledgeable information towards my specific situation by Keith, then I was transferred to Whitney who made the booking arrangements simple and smooth, and last but not least the on-site focused hard work by team member Bryden. I have to say if you are in need of highly skilled, professional, and notably friendly plumbing services, look no further than this wonderful company.

I contacted Muskoka Wide Plumbing late one night due to a waterline issue because of the cold temperatures and Keith showed up early the next morning to fix the problem. It turned into a two day, two plumber job. The team was very efficient and always explained what steps needed to be taken next. The job is done and now we have water and hot water too. You don’t think about your water system until you don’t have it. We were very impressed with the quality of work, the professionalism of the team and the price of the job. With the -40 weather my water was frozen, I messaged Keith late in the evening and had a response in 2 minutes.He gave me a couple suggestions to try. By morning it was unfrozen and had water.
