They are a scam and very unprofessional. They messed up my tax filing last year. When I phoned in for a resolution they started avoiding my calls and did not bother to fix it nor refund my money. Don't go there or to any H&R block for that matter. There are way better and cheaper services out there. Trust me, only when you face a problem will you see their true colors.
