Prokey Living Hollick Kenyon

I've lived here for a little over 2 years now and have been pleasantly surprised. The location is great, it's close to basically everything you need which is a certain plus. The apartments themselves are always kept very clean and it's amazingly very quiet! One of the biggest benefits I would say are Tim and Tammy they are amazing! I moved here from out of province and they have been welcoming and very helpful since day 1 if I ever need anything. It's good to know the management cares about the facilities and you see them daily working to make the apartments and general area look great. It's nice to live somewhere where management is kind and always willing to help out, and I appreciate that!

We've been living here for 2 years now, and I must say it's a great place to live. Tim, Tammy, and the rest of the management group do an amazing job of running the operations and maintenance of the buildings. You are in walking distance to a lot of amenities and the bus stops are close to the apartment. Tim and Tammy - keep up the great job (and hope you'll stay around for a long time)!

Hollick Kenyon Apartments have been home to my girls and I for a little over three years. The property is well kept and clean inside and out. At anytime we called there was always a quick response and maintenance was always handled with a sense of urgency and within hours of calling. Tim, Tammy, and the rest of the team are courteous, friendly and are always actively making the living experience fantastic, comfortable and memorable for residents. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to rent and call home. I am truly grateful to the Hollick Kenyon team.

I have been living in this building for about 2.5 years. The building Staff is excellent! Especially if you need their help, they escalate stuff very quickly. Tammy and Tim are both super friendly and helpful.I have been in a situation where I had to call the emergency number for the building, and it gets answered right away, and I got things done even if it was in the middle of the night!!Every time I had an issue or something was not working in my unit, it gets fixed the next day :) nice and tidy common areas.

The best staff and management team! They're quick to address maintenance requests, they offer incentives, and they're very understanding as long as you're communicative. It's clear they really do care about the tenant's overall experience. Never had property management team give us holiday greeting cards along with treats until we moved to the Hollick Kenyon Apartments!

I moved in to Hollick Kenyon apartments and I have not only enjoyed my great apartment. But also the hard and amazing work done by Tim and Tammy and all the staff at Hollick Kenyon Apartments. They are amazing at solving issues you may have with your apartment. Plus they always have a smile and friendly greeting when they see you! Tim and Tammy were amazing. They always fulfilled the needs of their tenants. I definitely highly recommend this property. Very friendly and they treat you like family!

As soon as we walked into the office to ask about availability, Tim and Tammy and the rest of the staff greeted us as if they've known us for a long time. Super friendly and welcoming. We looked at a second place but never got that that family feeling" we did when we visited Hollick Kenyon Apartments. We applied right away to be a tenant here. The staff are friendly and professional. We see them working and doing maintenance/cleaning daily. Our apartment is very quiet and the building is clean. Where we've lived before

We moved to these apartments in 2015, at the beginning we fell in love with our apartment. However the staff turn over was ridiculous and we were bullied by previous tenant and previous management. They never gave us a lease agreement as required. The only thing keeping us here was our apartment. Things started changing in 2016-2017 when a new Resident Manager came in, she was amazing and started to get the building back to what it should have been at the beginning. She listened to our concerns and treated us well. The best thing that she ever did was bringing our current resident manager Tim and Tammy, they made such a difference going from being treated badly to being treated like a family. They are always understanding and if when they have to set boundaries they do it in a way that you can't be mad. We no longer stay because of the apartment, we now stay because of them. This is a nice place to live in, quiet, and peaceful. Only downside is that they don't allow pets and I know that there are a few that could benefit from having a service animal to provide support. At the end of the day, we are really happy with our team and living here.For any prospective and new tenants, you will not regret your decision in moving here!Much love to the team at Hollick Kenyon Apartments!

Lived at Hollick Kenyon for 3 years, and just recently moved away. The buildings were kept exceptionally clean inside and out. If there ever was something that needed attended to the staff were quick to help or get it done. Tim and Tammy very friendly and were always accommodating. I would like to also mention Nancy and Jarvis 5 stars to them also, sorry to see that they didn't stay long. If ever I have to move back to the area I would definitely move back here.
