Completely incompetent. No notification that they are making arbitrary decisions with the end result that urgent shipments are stranded in the United States. Do yourself a favour and use another broker.

They cannot do anything right. Everytime they are the customs broker on a load my driver ends up spending several hours if not over night waiting at the border due to them not doing their job. And when you call in they have a different excuse everytime. They do not care that they are wasting the drivers time and driving hours.would be 0 stars if possible.
