From the planning stages (which units he recommended / timing of service) to the completion of the instillation / confirmation of warranty items, Robbie was there to explain every step of the way. Robbie installed the AC unit at my place. He was very professional since the beginning answering and clarifying all my questions. He gave me a great deal for an 3 ton AC unit that he installed with high quality standards at a very affordable price compared to many others in Calgary. He even installed my thermostat at no cost. I totally recommend city of lakes HVAC for any install. It was a great job!

Robbie corresponded in lightening speeds, gave me pricing on the info I gave him & also availability to site visit/install.This was on a Saturday & installed Monday!Warranty with manufacture & invoice all done by 7pm that night.Professional/informative & price/availability couldn’t be beaten. City of Lakes HVAC did an amazing job on my furnace swap out. I wanted a new furnace and rough in for the AC that I’ll get in the summer. They completed it for a great price and in a timely manner.I hope anyone who’s looks for HVAC services looks to city of lakes they were very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend and I’ll be using them in the future for any other installs/repairs.

Robbie was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He saved us a lot of money by telling us that a two stage AC was unnecessary. He completed the install quickly at our home in Airdrie, and was always very responsive via e-mail. We will definitely be recommending him to the other new home owners on our street.
