Selection of jewelry and other items is wonderful.Staff are knowledgeable about their products and have always been wonderful to work with.Were open to customizing a ring and helpful with suggestions.They appraised a ring I had bought in Italy, having it cleaned and repaired and issuing a certificate of authenticity, which assured me that I had made a good purchase. Staff even gave me insights to the gem design.My experience at this store has always been a delight.

Amazing service! Pandora wouldn’t follow their stated policy and exchange a charm. I called Ann Louise to ask before heading over. The clerk (Kay) was amazing- she looked into it and called me back as promised. Service in store was top notch as well. Will never return to Pandora now that I know what fabulous service Ann Louise provides.

I was looking for a Pandora charm for a graduation gift. I ened up at Ann-Louise in Hillside mall-once again. I am not sure why this time I did not just start there and I will from now on. Top quality service. I always find what I am looking for and the staff there always goes above and beyond to help me. The prices are always reasonable and the quality is always the best. I LOVE this place and the people who work there! I highly recommend the store!

I'm usually pretty hesitant when it comes to Jewellery Stores, Always being bombarded by multiple questions and the staff trying their hardest to make a sale. It usually makes me feel uneasy and I feel more obligated to walk out, However that was not the case with this store and this location.My fiance and I went wedding band shopping together and a very nice lady who was working the day we came in, by the name of Angela, was very friendly and Accommodating, she was not Pushy" as I find most other salesmen and saleswomen to beShe was very helpful

Both locations at hillside and bay centre are amazing to deal with. We got my engagement and wedding rings there. I got engaged and my ring was to big and I needed it sized as we were flying to Hawaii the next day and the lady at the Bay Centre was so incredibly helpful on having this done for us. Countless times I was in both locations looking at rings and having mine clean. This is the only place I am interested in shopping for jewelry. Staff are amazing!

Amazing service! My boyfriend and I were in search of a nice piece of jewelry for his mother. We were greeted with a warm smile at the entrance (under the mask of course) and let into the store. I was unsure of what type of jewlery to search for, and that is when Kay came in and saved the day! She is one of the best sales associates I have ever had the pleasure of engaging with. Not once did we feel pressure to purchase something or spend a lot of money, instead we were asked some questions that ultimately found us the perfect gift. She was very kind, knowledgable and funny while still being very professional! We felt very welcomed and comfertable in the store. Overall, a great experience. Thank you again to Kay for making our day, and helping us put the finishing touches on our Christmas shopping.

I got my engagement ring and my wedding band at Anna-Louise, on my wedding day a diamond fell out of my wedding band. I took the ring back and they fixed it for free, I was relieved.. 1 year later the same diamond fell out, this time they fixed it for cost of 50$, I was fine with that. But looking closer at the ring the diamonds aren't flush now at the one end, I mentioned this to the lady and she acted as if it wasn't a big deal and that's the only way they could fix it. It bugs me to this day every time I look at the ring and I'm always checking if any diamonds fell out of it. shop somewhere else for quality!

Not exceptional, was a rushed experience in an empty store. The free Pandora bracelet with $150 spent on charms was cool but there wasn't a huge selection. My experience would have been much more pleasant with good, patient customer service.

I phoned Lynne at the store to collect some Pandora Star Wars charms, and she was amazing. She sent me photos of the store's inventory and also found extras at another store in another city. Now my collection is complete!! Thank you Lynne and Ann-Louise Jewellers!!

Bought a Bulova men's watch and I was very happy with the service I received. Roberta, the manager, was extremely helpful and also sized my watch. The staff are very friendly. I will be back.Kelly
