Caffe Artigiano across the Art Gallery feels like a coffee shop was and should be... Other coffee shops look and feel cosmetic. This is the best of the old and the coffee is great as well

If you see a big lineup at this place, do not be discouraged! Was at this location with a few friends and we were all surprised with how fast and efficient we got attended. The cappuccino was outstanding, haven’t seen a lot of places that can deliver a real European coffee-quality experience like that. Creamy, not too foamy, no bubbles, and the perfectly balanced shot of espresso. 10/10 will come back again

Nice place for a decent cup of coffee with some pastries and wraps. Cool vibe with friendly staff.I will recommend mushroom truffle wrap.Plenty of options for vegan and vegetarian folks.

I have come by downtown to get some work done, and I came across one of the Barista's by the name of Jaivik who I have the pleasure of saying that he is a one of a kindest of people. His attitude, his energy, you really get a great sense of positivity from him. Loves getting to know people while providing great service. Not only is his customer service amazing but when he makes drinks, he puts his heart into it and it really shows by how it tastes and how it looks. Overall 5 star.

Great coffee shop in downtown. Ample of seats and outlets - great for meetings and getting work done. The staff are great as well. Special shout-out to Jaivik and Bianca. They are warm and welcoming!

I used to love Caffe Artigiano but in the past 1-2 years the locations are run down, feel dirty and my coffee today was tasteless and awful. I won’t be back. There are so many great coffee shops in Vancouver, Artigiano needs to pick up its socks or it won’t be long before they are out of business. It feels like a coffee shop on its last legs.

I ordered a black coffee to go, so I don't have any fancy pictures of coffee to show you. The coffee itself was mehh....at best. It was the service that left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended.)I'm a Starbucks customer and have been since they opened their first store in Vancouver. For some bizarre reason that morning I felt like having something different. I remembered Artigiano being quality, tasty and trendy with their bright red cups and tasty coffee. That's what I wanted that morning.The girl who took my order was patronizing, impatient and dismissive.From the explanation of the cup sizes to the types of roasts they have, her energy, service and vibe belonged behind her bedroom door with some sort of chiller meds. I was really put off. She handed me a generic, cheap white cup of coffee with not even a forced smile and I was on my way.No uplifting vibe, no welcoming service, no tasteful branding/decor, no mouth-watering sweets in the display and not even the smell of aromatic smokey, rustic, bold sweetness which could only come from a great coffee house.Nothing which resembled Artigiano DNA.

The quality of the service in the cafe has changed a lot lately. Some workers lack personal hygiene and it smells bad . It doesn't have a high-end level as it is supposed to be.I am a regular and the new people they hired seem to not know English well which leads to constantly taking wrong orders.

Great ambiance at this cafe. Quiet during the week days. Can be very lively and busy once cruise season hits in the summer with lots of tourist. Super busy on the weekends. Coffee here unfortunately was very watered and gross. We ordered two cappuccinos and they were watery and bitter. Bathroom is available without key required.
