I cannot say enough good things about John! He does a thorough intake and assessment to ensure he gets to the root of the problem. His skills are amazing and he gives a damn good massage! The hot stones at the end were the perfect finishing touch!

As a professional athlete, John Silano has been an integral part of my recovery and ability to train harder. I've worked with over 100 RMTs during my career around the world, but I've never met one like John. He incorporates so many different techniques that not only help reduce muscle tension, but overall health and wellness. I'm always impressed with John's commitment to continuing education as well. He is extremely professional, and he has been my go-to guy for several years!

I've been going to see John on a regular basis for almost two years, during which his has helped me through multiple injuries and issues. Most recently, he helped me clear my sinuses and get over a nasty cold DAYS before I would normally feel better. John is a crucial part of my health care team, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for help with injuries, pain or mobility. I recommend him to everyone I meet, and sing his praises to anyone I can. Five stars John!

Highly recommend John Silano!He is amazing at his profession & knowledgeable. I have a rare disorder called CRPS ( after breaking my ankle) that many are unaware about. John listens to my needs as every appointment may be different and he is also willing to learn more about CRPS. He also does the BEST back massages ever with hot rocks. I have been to many therapists throughout the years and John is by far one of the best!

John Silano is the best RMT I have worked with. He is very friendly + professional. He is very good at what he does. He doesn't just do massage, he treats his patients and tries to come up with a plan that can help rehabilitate as well. I see him probably once a month for the past 5 years. I highly recommend him to anyone.

John Silano is an excellent massage therapist and I would recommend him very highly to anyone looking for a professional, effective treatment. He uses a variety of techniques and keeps up to date on his education. He has helped through a shoulder dislocation, as well as a knee injury, and I've never felt better since I've started seeing him regularly for chronic back pain. 5 stars, and a million thanks for your great work!
