When contacting the company the call was professional as well as friendly.I was given a quote over the phone which was right on of estimated cleaning time for the task!The cleaner was right on time of scheduled appointment for access to the apartment.Upon completion of the task the cleaner performed it in less time then quoted, which saved me money!!!!!I was very pleased with the job overall. I recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again !

I was so impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of Kira of Merry Maids and Chantelle in the office. Both of them were wonderful from start to finish! We had sold our home and we’re trying to make it nice for our new owners. Kira worked so hard to make it shine and shine it did! Our house has never looked better and was even better than the day we moved into it thanks to Kira’s efforts. She made an almost 20 year old home look brand new! I would definitely use Merry Maids of Victoria again and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting their home to look shiny and new again. Thanks so much for all their hard work, they take pride in what they do and it shows!! Jane

Merry Maids conduct themselves professionally leading up to, during, and following their clean.They stepped in after other cleaners, and had a much higher standard - not missing anything. Throughout the process they were communicative.I would highly recommend them.

From the start Merry Maids was great to work with! The booking process was easy and they were clear and communicative on arrival times.Michelle was friendly and amazing! Her work was quick, thorough, and she was able to pivot quickly as we were working against the clock for a move.I would 100% use Michelle & Merry Maids again!

She had been very kind and helpful to understand the need and requirementsfor the specific cleaning in the home.The person sent, from the service, did an absolutely great job and much appreciated the honest, hard work the person had completed.The cost for the cleaning had been fair and we definitely will continue to use their services.

Had a two hour cleaning with them this morning. They did a good job cleaning in such short time frame (2 hours). Very satisfied with how they clean the entire basement (including one washroom and two living rooms).
