Smart Ride Transportation
We really enjoyed the service provided by Smartride. The staff were professional and the manager was maticulous. It is reliable. No waiting for the taxis and wasting your time. We have more time to spend at home and it is a relief from moving kids back and forth. One of the most important strengths is that it is very affordable.

If you want to instill trust that they will transport your children with safety and care, then what I experienced with a van cutting me off while I was in the HOV lane on Hwy 1 from the Grandview exit was a concern. I wish I had a dashcam to highlight no signal, and MAYBE 10' and just hopped in front of me.May 8th Reply: Nice reply, this was a Sunday and we drove up beside the van and ensured the details as we do not go out of our way unless there was validity...your reply highlights underlining concerns and deflecting instead of accepting input shared for the safety and well-being of your customers.

We are so happy with the service provided by Mr.Davoud Abadi. He is always on time, caring, and friendly. He has been taking my son to and from school for 2 years, without any difficulties. Highly recommend!

While I haven't used this company and can't comment on their service, I had to comment on our experience on the road and think that parents/caregivers need to be aware. We were cut off by one of their vehicles on the freeway, no signal was used and at an unsafe distance as well. I would recommend people do their research and use caution with any company they entrust their loved ones to.
