Very unprofessional people at U-Haul can't even get through to them I have a complaint and I've been on the phone for them for a whole week I've tried getting a hold of them been on the phone for over an hour and a half each day still can't get someone on the other end of the phone I'll never use them again to move anyone and I used them to move my daughter never again would I get a professional company to help you it's worth it in the long run
