We purchased a forklift for our plant in oct of 2021. The machine is manufactured by VIMAR Forklift new; it now has 786 hours on it. Since the purchase we have had nothing but issues. It has lost brakes 3 times. The throttle cable snapped. The hoses from the clamp installed all leaked. The motors from the main pump seals leaked. 1 of the repairs the bolts where not torqued properly, and the drive shaft came out. Every time we had a repair the initial response from the Mister Mechanic was that it is not under warranty. I was not concerned about the paying for the repair, our main concern was the impact that it was having on our business. From there the service Manager had informed me that several of their employees had quit and they where unable to provide us any assistance. I had to repair my old Ryder to get the plant back up and running. They will not service the machine they sold to us. I just want everyone to be ware when they are purchasing equipment from them, you will be jeopardizing your company.

I recently bought a $8000 forklift from them with 30 day part warranty. It is a small hyster machine that can go into containers. After a few weeks it developed a small oil leak I called them they promptly came out resolved the issue. A few days later the oil leak started again. At this point the machine was out of warranty the bill to repair was over $2500. Even though out of warranty they fixed it at no cost to me. I am very happy with the service with these guys. Sure you can buy cheaper ones on Kijiji but when buying from these people there is peace of mind and integrity behind the purchase! Keep up the good guys! My sales person was Praveen - very knowledgeable and helpful.

Mr. Renee kept his promise and resolve the problem very quickly. Forklift was picked up by Mister Mechanic Lift Truck technician fixed it and dropped back to my location without any charges.
