Tigz is one of my favourite tea spots. Their selection is unparalleled, and their prices are really reasonable. We have always had incredible customer service, with the owners going above and beyond. They are kind, considerate people who are passionate about tea and bring a warmth and positive energy to the shop. It’s a must stop when in Creston!

This is a wonderful store where you kind find unique treats and jars. Owner makes very refreshing infused teas. Great for hot summer day.

Best tea I have ever had! I came here one while coming through Creston and the staff were wonderful. They assisted me in finding tea that I could have while avoiding all my allergies. I live in Vancouver and I order their tea online all the time! They are my go to tea store, I absolutely recommend them!

I am so glad I found this little shop! It was an impulse to go in there just before Christmas because I was looking for specialty food items for two Christmas stockings I was creating.When I entered it was such an amazing display of items appropriate for gift baskets (as this is one of their lines of business). I browsed for about 10 minutes before I asked for help, because I was getting caught up!First thing I loved about this store is that it is well categorized if you are trying to find an item. For example, I was looking for meat and fish specialty foods. All the jerkeys were in one place and the salmon. There was a good variety of each.Even though I wasn’t in for a gift basket this trip, two were created behind the counter in the time I was shopping and they are impressive!! If I ever need a basket I will definitely be back. I will also be a repeat buyer to the salmon and jerkey. It was well received.

Best place in the Kootenays for tea, gifts, coffee, bath items... you name it! The owners go above and beyond.

Love this place...and the customer service is the best I have found in Creston in a long while. Including the suppliers they use....hats off to the sasquatch coffee brewed locally.

I live in Regina and wanted to give my sister in creston something besides a flower arrangement for her special birthday, I googled if creston had any different gift stores and found tigz designs. Lori did up a gift basket that was just beautiful, Lori and bill's customer service was outstanding, if there were 10 stars instead of five they would get them..thank you again for helping me give my sister a special birthday gift

This is my favourite tea place in the world! The owners are incredible people. I moved away a couple years ago and was craving some of my old favourite teas so I emailed them and they made it happen for me. They go above and beyond. Their website is easy to use and shop on and they are very easy to contact. The shop also has lovely gifts and treats. I can't wait to stop by again one day.

Tigz tea's is my absolute favorite tea place.Lori and Bill are the kindest and most lovely people I know. They have amazing costumer service and all there tea's are amazing. Also if your ever in there buy a basket Lori makes them so beautiful.Anyways I'm just saying this is the best tea place ever, and I will keep buying there tea no matter where I am. Lori and bill have a great shop and they are the greatest ❤
