Excellent customer service and exceptionally well priced! We did our due diligence and found this company to be the most reasonable and quickest to get our needs met. Jason met with us promptly and arranged the install in a timely manner. Our installer, Paul, was very personable and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Would definitely recommend!!

I contacted this company in the summer of 2021 to have a garage door replace an old, heavy wooden one, as well as install an electric door opener. The day they came to do the install was one of the hottest days on record, and the two of them worked relentlessly in the heat until the work was completed. Upon completion I was to pay the balance of the invoice, however, the owner noticed a tiny, small indent in the bottom of the garage panel (Honestly, unless it was pointed out to me, I would never have noticed). Anyways, he insisted that he would order a replacement panel and install when it came in. In the meantime, I said, I was fine with that and I would pay the final invoice anyways, but he would have none of that until the job was done perfectly - which is exactly what happened. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are a dependable, reliable, diligent, hard working - an honest company which provide a good quality, really reasonably priced product. I do not normally comment on google web pages, but this company really is exceptional. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased 2 doors from Accent for my new construction home. Very professional, great response time, and the installation technician did a really nice job (in lightning fast time I should add). You can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

After agreeing on a time of 2 pm and stating i would like to be present as my wife is at home working the tech showed up at 11 and disrupted her when she can not be disturbed during work. The door was not serviced properly and have had issues with. My wife told me the tech spent a total of 10 minutes fixing the problem at a cost of $100 before leaving. Beats being a lawyer with that hourly wage. When i e mailed Dawn the service manager she had no recollection of this and said they usually give a 2 hour window which was also not mentioned to me. Im so tired of these businesses and their inconsistencies. In my world punctuality is everything and I understand delays, but 3 hours difference is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars so i had to pick 1. Go with someone else. Please remember we are the customers. These people rely on us not the other way around. Customer service is a joke these days and this is a prime example.

Fantastic Service! They worked to accommodate by busy schedule. They were there when they said they'd be there. The technician replaced the sensors, adjusted the door to make it quieter, reprogrammed my remote and gave me a new remote. All within 35 minutes. Friendly and competent. Dawn in the office was also very good to deal with. Highly recommend this company.

Had issues with my existing garage door. They came in and fixed my issue and did a tuneup at the same time replacing seals and oiling joints etc. Great service and the bill was way less than I expected. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

I not only use this company for my businesses I also use it for my home. The service and quality of workmanship that I received,In my own opinion, is above and beyond and I highly recommend using this company for any of your needs. I can tell you I can be a real stickler to do projects for but they had no problem dealing with my difficult schedule and picky micromanaging.

What can I say, in a world of highest rates and fees ever some how Roy and his team @ Accent Doors were able to give me a super great deal and install my new high ceiling door within two weeks of ordering. My house is looking like new and the door functions flawlessly. Roy to you and you team, keep doing what you do and how you do it. You made me feel like there is still hope for this crazy world we live in!!!! Would highly recommend you to anyone I know
