I have had nothing but issues with getting packages delivered to my address. Every single time they have a verifying customer address" and when I go to the actual post office

I've had 2 packages that were supposed to be delivered that required my signatureand yes they were registered mail, back in Feb. According to the website, it said that they was delivered but I never received them. I went to the post office to inquire were my packages were and was told that they had been delivered and signed for. When I asked my letter carrier about my packages all she did was shrug her shoulders and continued on her way. So they were either left in the office or lost along the way on her route. I am very dissappointed with the service from Canada Post.

Currently not getting mail like I use to. Mail lady seems to be to busy talking on her phone and smoking cigarettes..I'm not getting important mail, and my neighbours have the same complaint. Would be nice to get the Australian guy back, he did it properly. This woman does not deserve her job!UPDATE.No changes in this mail carriers performance. Getting mail now at 7/8 o'clock at night. She's ruined my front gate by kicking it to the side, and it would be appreciated if her supervisor would take action on this poor performance.

The absolute worst service I have ever received at any post office, immediate negativity right when I walked through the door from an employee who refused to tell me her name after being snobby and rude. Severe attitude problem.

I have always found the staff to be pleasant and great help if I needed.If they do happen to sound abit rude one day, I just remember that everyone has a bad day. And it doesn't mean it is me directly.

The last two packages we ordered have been delivered to our neighbours address instead of our house within a week of each other. I find it funny that our house is clearly marked and visible from the street so I can’t figure out what the issue is. Both times I had to call the office knowing it wasn’t their fault to see if we could find where our package was. The neighbour was kind enough to return them before I was able to get a response from the Canada Post Delivery Supervisor.I will say that our regular Daily delivery person is amazing!!

Let me just preface this review by saying that those working in the office have been super helpful in resolving any issues that have occurred. Now, one of the items I ordered was thought to have been delivered to an empty field, according to one of the office employees. The lady who delivered it couldn't remember where she had dropped it off, and it just leaves me wondering why anyone would try and guess about an address if they weren't sure. My latest item wasn't delivered due to an 'issue with the community mailbox', when my address isn't linked to one AND I have specified to leave my package at my front door. I wasn't even contacted about this issue, so it's like they just gave up. Honestly, no hard feelings towards anyone, it's just something I hope that they can improve on in the future, since I never have an issue with any other delivery service, so I dread whenever Canada Post is my only option.

I thought Canada Post was providing a service to customers. I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered at 11.58am. I was home and no parcel was delivered and no card was left. I tried multiple times to call the local Post office. Did you know when the post office is busy and they have a line up they don't answer the phone??? Unbelievable. I finally gave up calling so I got in my car and drove down to the Post office. I was told the parcel was delivered at 11:48 am. I was told they couldn't help me. I was told they were retail and couldn't help me. What the one employee did do was she wrote down the customer service number and another phone number with a guy's name.. Chris. I was told he delivered the parcel and I was to call him...hmm. What fantastic service Canada Post offers!! Find your own parcel. Pathetic service. If I could I would have given no star. Thanks for nothing Canada Post, Port Colborne. Your retail workers need to be replaced!

We ordered a package from a company in our name but had it sent to a friend of ours who lives several streets away from us as it was really for them. We really should have put their names on it but it the site wouldn't allow us to change that. Our delivery person knocked on our door the morning he delivered the package to our friends and asked if this was an error as he recognized the name. That's service plus !
