Get 3 coffees a day here when I’m in town. Staff are always friendly and drive thru moves quickly even when lined up. They always get my orders correct.

Has been good in the past but recently spent almost $30 and got 18 timbits in our 20 pack and breakfast sandwich was literally drenched in butter - no exaggeration the one side was completely covered, completely saturated a napkin and still looked more like a donut. Good coffee and do appreciate the employees doing what they do but this experience was a rough one.

I have been severely disappointed on numerous occasions by this location. Were this the first time I had a terrible experience with this location I would not be taking to google to air my grievances. I am a frequent user of the Tim's mobile app to place my orders. This allows me to be sure it is EXACTLY what I want, the few times I have to be very specific I use the regular drive thru, and even then they screw it up. I have been given wrong baked goods more times than I can count, my coffee often needs to be remixed if not have things added to make it right, and today I ordered a steak sandwich and they put mayonnaise on it. I gagged and was then unable to enjoy my lunch during a very busy work day including my farm chores.A serious review of your operations is required and until that's been done I'll be going to Fenelon!

Very unclean.Tables and chairs grimey,the floors discusting.Looked like they had never been clean in weeks.Never even attempted to use bathroom

Great restaurant, the staff was good, fast and friendly, great coffee, ham and cheddar sandwich was great, walked in and walked back out within 3 mins. Perfect.
