Extremely bad experience. My husband went to oil change and don’t know what they did average get decrease before changing the oil it was 7.5 and now it’s 8.5. When my husband went to the shop and my husband didn’t say anything to them and they see my husband and quickly said we put the best oil may be your car need to change the spark plug but my husband didn’t say anything to them and they know that they did something wrong that’s why they answer by themselves and as We get to know we need to change the spark plugs after 1,00,000 - 1,20,000km but my car just used 80,000km. I won’t be recommend this to anyone.

They said it would take 3 days to fix my car and when they said it was ready 2 weeks later, they didn’t even fix the back bumper or the seatbelt which I came in to have fixed. They waste your time and lie about how long it will take. Your better off finding a better repair ship because these people are terrible and after the repaired the front bumper they tried to upcharge me an extra $220 which I was never informed about. Stay away from this place and decent tires on centennial

they will give you a hot safety from another garage then unlicensed mechanic will check your car after. If there is a problem with your car, they will wait until the Safety is expired then blocked you phone number. I got one car from here and they did the same thing to me. Totally a scam place.

I bought 2013 or 14 ford Fusion from Captain auto sales in 2019. Very immaculate condition and very clean and reliable car. Never had an issue with the Dealer and with the car. I drove with peace of mind without even spending much.Thr owner also made a very comfortable payment plan without causing a problem.Would highly recommend it.Thank you Captain auto

Worst customer service ever. Don’t go to these people because they tell you one thing and then do something else. Unorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone. It’s unfortunate that there is nothing less then the 1 star.
