Midtown RV

We recently got an update on our satellite system at Midtown RV. JC, the general manager, spent hours with us getting this working. He went above and beyond to help. We purchased a new airstream from Randi and she was extremely helpful, and worked with us on a lot of the deal. The dealership allowed us to stay in their parking lot as we are full time RVers so we were able to transfer all our stuff over easily.Service department was extremely helpful

Bought an Airstream from Midtown RV recently and was very impressed with the entire process. They ensured every detail was in order and it's quite apparent that customer satisfaction is important to them. The entire staff from sales, parts and the maintenance department worked seamlessly to ensure that I was taken care of. Everybody I dealt with had a keen interest in the brand and was motivated to do their best. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an Airstream.

I honestly don't know how this company is still in business. We made an appointment 6 weeks in advance to have several things done on our rv and when we called 4 days prior to confirm we were told that there was no appointment on the schedule. Day of supposed appointment get a phone call asking where we are...REALLY?! We are taking our motorhome elsewhere. This was the second chance as they messed up our repairs last year too. Electrical issue solved and batteries replaced in my Sprinter camper van in no time flat. Prompt and friendly service from Megan, JC, and Tom. Highly recommend Midtown RV and wish them well in their new ownership.

I was looking for ignition coil for a AHE-100-01S Aqua-Hot the Aqua-Hot dealer in the states wants 500.00 Midtown wants 1200.00!! If that's not Gouging I don't know what is!!Same as when I needed bearings for my Aqua-Hot blower almost 600 dollars needless to say I found my coil for 450.00 canadian...just because I own a bus doesn't mean money flows freely for your taking!!! Never ever will I do business again with you people.

We have a 25 year old motorhome. The hydraulic parking brake failed (leaked fluid all over the place). Tom asked us to come in the next day (we were in Osoyos at the time). We arrived at noon on Friday, the mechanic (Dallas?) looked at it right away. The motor control valve was shot and leaking badly. Even though this is an obsolete part at GM, the parts folks found one in Kelowna I believe. It was shipped down on the week-end and installed in our motorhome on Monday morning. They told us to try and get the parking brake assembly repaired in Calgary as parts are longer delivery as we were heading there anyway.Many Thanks to Tom and the crew for getting our motorhome repaired so that we could be on our way.

We cannot say enough about the excellent service we received from the folks at Midtown. From the minute we connected with our salesman Tim who assured us he would find us a coach, to Randi in the finance office who was a wealth of information and amazing, to Jeff who gave us our walkthrough and was super patient and helpful and the staff on the customer service desk as well who helped us with product and put the plate on our new purchase. Every detail was looked after perfect. Can't wait t hit the road in our new coach!
