Best Way Delivery & Courier

Rude, miserable woman on the phone said it would take over an hour for delivery so we called back an hour later and she said it would take another hour, and hung up the phone once we agreed on the wait time, she needs to be fired or find another job that isn’t customer service.

If you really want something to eat that doesn't deliver or want beer delivered these are your guys.

really......u must be kidding me. they DO NOT deliver what they say they do. False advertising.

Great group of people. Enjoy seeing them on delivery. Food is generally very hot and the people really sweet. Highly recommended.

First time using them and they were AWESOME! I own Aura Landscaping and had ordered some boxliners through the St.Thomas Ford Dealer. They said they would be here between 12-1pm and they were here at 11:45 :-) Chris was a rock star! Very professional, friendly and helpful. If you ever need a delivery company call them first! It's the days of COVID so things are very different for deliveries in St Thomas right now. No booze or takeout deliveries, as I understand it. Unfortunately.I have used Bestway for grocery delivery since March 2020 and will keep on even when it's all over, since we've got older and our health has declined in that time. (I used to place the grocery order on line and take a taxi to the store to top it up and bag our own in our reusable bags, and then taxi home; now we get it delivered, and have several hundred plastic bags to show for it.) Anybody who uses the Instacart service is crazy, since the groceries cost so much more. Order directly online and use an independent local delivery service!The voice on the phone can be a bit abrupt, yeah, but be a good customer and you'll get good service. And tip your driver!!! The service is worth double the charge to me, so that's what I pay. :)

Would not deliver alcohol for some reason. No explanation given
