Harris Place - Dunsdon Street Apartments - Skyline Living

Quiet building off of a busy street. Building employees have a very high turnaround rate (10 managers in 4 years) It was difficult to get assistance or answers to my questions. I experienced several issues ranging from a poorly working heating unit to repayment of overcharged rent (still chasing the money I am owed). Look out for the on site leasing agent. He was sweet as pie when I moved in and turned on me when I stood up to him about being repaid money I was overcharged. I didn’t like how he treated me so I left - according to these reviews I’m not the only one.Edit: Customer service is very aware of my issue... the Google comment on this review is almost comical.

Horrible place to live the managers are general rude and unhelpfull no one knows whats going on the elevators are always down my parents apartment hasnt had heat for over 2 weeks and. It seems that there is no real idea when this issue will be resolved what is the point in pating so much money for an appartmwnt so cheaply made and horribly managed i would never reccomend any skyline living buildings to anyone not even my worst enemy

Move in went smoothly. Staff are lovely and helpful. Already met a couple of other tenants.

I lived here for a year, I also own a local business. Servicemaster Restore.The property manager contracted me to deodorize a unit before it was painted after a messy tenant left. I took me 8 months to get paid, I had to jump through a million loops. I never would have done the work had I know what I was in for.Now that I have moved out I was charged 125 for cleaning of the stove, a fair and warranted charge. My issue is that after 2 weeks the collection department is calling me threatening my credit is I don’t pay right away.Don’t you think think they should have to wait for their money like I did?

The person who interviews people on first meeting is great until there’s a problem than look out he Goes off the rails if there is something he does not like will not listen and has been known to tell that person he will kick your family out .

I love living here. Been here 4 years. Staff are friendly and helpful . Beautiful units! I can't image living anywhere else.
